Training

- Master degree « Earth, ecology and environment sciences », spéciality « Biodiversity and terrestrial Ecosystemes», programme « Terrestrial ecosystem functionning», 2015, Bordeaux University

- "Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches", 2009, Bordeaux University

- PhD in plant virology, 1997, Bordeaux University

- Master degree "Biology-health", 1992, BordeauxUniversity

- Student at the "Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan" (1988-1992). "Agrégation" in Biochemistry-Biological engineering (1991)

I was recruted at the INRA institute as scientist in 1997 in the virology team at the Bordeaux INRA Centre (UMR 1332 BFP). After more than 15 years in plant virology, I moved to terrestrial ecology and I joined BIOGECO lab in 2016. My research projects aim to better understand relationships between biodiversity and human and environmental factors in different socio-ecosystems as forests, urban area or sand dunes. I lead these projects integrating interdisciplinary approaches, particularly with Humanities and Social Sciences research teams and stakeholders.
